Doctors Oxygen Service, Inc. was established in 1956 by Gene and Therese Antholz, after owning and operating Central Ambulance Service for several years they saw a growing need for at home patient care.

Doctors Oxygen Service, Inc. became one of the first Home-Care respiratory therapy companies in Wisconsin. Through quality service and support for their customers Doctors Oxygen Service, Inc. became one of the leaders in Home-Care services in the state of Wisconsin.

Their work in the Home-Care industry kept them in touch with many different manufacturers as they continuously looked for new and innovative products to offer to their customers.

In the early 1970’s they signed a contract to represent North American Dräger in the Wisconsin market for sales and service of their then newly introduced Narkomed anesthesia machines.

As sales and service of North American Dräger products increased our territory for this product line also increased. Doctors Oxygen Service, Inc. is currently the exclusive distributor for this product line throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

As time moved forward the anesthesia market became an even larger part of our business and in 1997 a decision was made to sell the Home-Care division and devote our resources full time in the continued growth of the anesthesia market and related products in our territory.
