Doctors Oxygen Service, Inc. has been providing maintenance and repair service on anesthesia systems for over 30 years. We are an authorized service provider for Dräger Medical and Datex-Ohmeda. We currently offer service in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

All of our service technicians are trained and certified by the manufacturer. Our technicians attend refresher-training courses at the manufacturer every three years to retain their certified status.

We purchase annual service subscriptions from both Dräger Medical and Datex-Ohmeda, which automatically provide us with any updated service procedures, and technical service bulletins that are released. This ensures that we provide only the most current level of service when providing maintenance for our customers anesthesia systems.

Our technicians use only manufacturer recommended test equipment that is routinely calibrated and traceable to the National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST).

Doctors Oxygen Service, Inc. is authorized to provide our customers with Dräger Medicals annual Vigilance Audit®, which provides manufacturer certification of qualifying Narkomed equipment.

All of our service technicians utilize fully stocked vehicles and carry approximately $40,000 in service inventory at all times. Our traveling inventory is also supported by an additional $100,000+ in service part inventory located at our main facility. All totaled we carry over a 1/2 million dollars in service parts at any given time.

We have technical staff in house available during normal business hours, as well as field service personnel on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, available to answer any questions or address any problems that may arise with your equipment. Often, our technicians are able to solve the problem over the phone, eliminating the need for expensive emergency service calls and reducing down time of your equipment.
